Do you need help with writing a brochure, a plan, an important letter, a book, your memoirs, or the words for a website? Are you embarking on a self-publishing project?

Whether you need someone to put your ideas into words for you or someone to polish your words into a finished product, I can help.

I offer various levels of editing services from simple proofreading to light copy editing, to substantial editing and revision, depending on your needs. I will need to see your project to estimate what level of revision or correction is required, and I am happy to edit a single page for you to see my work. If you are not satisfied, there is no charge, and we will not proceed further. Click here for examples of writing.

I can also help with Internet research, and tutoring is available if you wish to improve your own writing skills.

I have a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in English literature and have taught English composition in community college. I have experience in copy editing and developmental editing, having worked extensively in the non-profit world in writing and revising research reports, newsletters, catalogs, collection guides, and various forms of documentation.
